Role Overview :

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be the backbone of our infrastructure operations, ensuring the seamless deployment and stability of our applications. You will work closely with development teams to bridge the gap between code and production, managing complex Azure environments and IIS configurations. Your daily efforts will directly influence the reliability of our platforms, ensuring that our infrastructure remains resilient, scalable, and secure to support the growing demands of our business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery, reducing deployment cycles and minimizing manual errors for the development team.

- Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, cost-efficiency, and performance for our production applications.

- Configure and troubleshoot IIS web servers to maintain optimal application performance and security for our web-based platforms.

- Implement containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes to streamline application deployment and environment consistency across development and production stages.

- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to ensure environment repeatability and rapid scaling of cloud resources.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks in the deployment process and implement proactive monitoring and alerting solutions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing Azure cloud services, including resource groups, virtual networks, and storage accounts, with a focus on cloud-native security best practices.

- Proven ability to configure and manage IIS environments, ensuring high-performance web hosting and effective troubleshooting of application pools and request filtering.

- Strong proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD workflows using Jenkins to support continuous integration and delivery goals.

- Hands-on experience in containerizing applications with Docker and orchestrating them using Kubernetes to support microservices-based architectures.

- Skilled in writing and maintaining Terraform scripts to automate infrastructure provisioning, ensuring consistency across development, staging, and production environments.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating adaptability to evolving project requirements.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure management.
