Summary

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 15–20 years of experience in costing, pricing, profitability analysis, and financial planning within FMCG, food manufacturing, or high-volume multi-SKU businesses. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, standard costing, variance analysis, and commercial finance, along with the ability to drive cost optimization and pricing strategies that support business growth.

Responsibilities

1. Maintaining and updating accurate product cost sheets across all SKUs.
2. Monitoring actual versus standard costs and analyzing cost variances.
3. Driving cost optimization initiatives in partnership with procurement, supply chain, and plant teams.
4. Performing new product costing and scenario analysis for product and pricing changes.
5. Managing monthly standard cost runs, process settlements, and costing controls in SAP S/4HANA.
6. Ensuring accuracy of BOM structures, activity rates, and costing data within SAP.
7. Supporting pricing strategy formulation across GT, MT, Institutional, HoReCa, and Government channels.
8. Evaluating price revisions driven by commodity fluctuations, packaging changes, and regulatory requirements.
9. Conducting contribution and profitability analysis across brands, SKUs, customers, and channels.
10. Supporting sales and marketing teams with pricing simulations, trade scheme analysis, and margin management.
11. Deriving and validating transfer pricing structures for internal plants and franchise locations.
12. Supporting audit, compliance, and risk management requirements related to costing and pricing.

Requirements

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15–20 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer products, or high-volume multi-SKU businesses.
3. Strong expertise in costing, pricing, profitability analysis, and margin management.
4. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Costing Module.
5. Strong knowledge of standard costing methodologies, budgeting, and variance analysis.
6. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analytics.
7. Experience partnering with sales, marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
8. Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities.
