What You Will Do

• Source and identify qualified candidates for technology roles using platforms such as LinkedIn GitHub and other talent databases.
• Build and maintain pipelines of both passive and active candidates for current and future client needs.
• Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates through personalized messaging and targeted email campaigns.
• Screen candidate profiles against job requirements and communicate findings to senior recruiters and hiring teams.
• Track sourcing activity pipeline metrics and candidate engagement data within an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Research and map talent markets within the technology industry to inform and enhance sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with the broader recruiting team to refine search strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Prior experience in talent sourcing recruiting coordination or a related research-driven role is a plus though motivated newcomers with a strong interest in recruiting and technology are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
• High attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to managing candidate data and pipelines.

Preferred

• Experience sourcing candidates for technical roles such as software engineering or product management positions.
• Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM tools used in recruiting workflows.
• Understanding of the global technology talent landscape particularly within India and cross-border hiring contexts.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive base salary of $1K$1K. This is a fully remote position based in India providing flexibility and the opportunity to work within a dynamic recruiting team.
