About Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled RPG Lead with experience in Design, develop, and maintain applications on the IBM i (AS/400) platform using RPG IV/ILE and CL.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of RPG developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications on the IBM i (AS/400) platform using RPG IV/ILE and CL.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in existing applications.
• Participate in system architecture planning and performance tuning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integration and deployment activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in RPG development on IBM i (AS/400) systems.
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing project deliverables.
• Strong background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in working with global teams and managing offshore/onsite coordination.
• Exposure to modernization projects and integration with web services or APIs is a plus.
