Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industry Mentor to guide participants by sharing industry knowledge career insights and practical workplace experiences. The mentor will help bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations enabling participants to develop technical professional and employability skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mentoring sessions on industry trends workplace expectations and career development.
  
• Guide participants on career planning professional growth and industry best practices.
  
• Share practical knowledge through real-world case studies and industry examples.
  
• Support participants in developing problem-solving decision-making and professional skills.
  
• Provide career guidance interview tips and workplace readiness training.
  
• Mentor participants during project work internships or industry assignments.
  
• Prepare mentoring reports and provide participant feedback.
  

Required Skills

• Strong industry knowledge and domain expertise.
  
• Excellent communication mentoring and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to guide and motivate learners.
  
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant discipline.
  
• Relevant industry certifications are preferred.
  

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience with prior mentoring coaching or training experience preferred.
  

Required Skills:

Design and deliver 3-day PRA & Micro-Planning training modules Facilitate participatory tools such as: Social Mapping Resource Mapping Seasonal Calendars Wealth Ranking Institutional Mapping Guide participants in preparation of Village Micro-Plans Conduct interactive classroom and field-based practical sessions Prepare training materials case studies and handouts Submit post-training reports and documentation Coordinate with institute officials for smooth execution Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Micro-Planning Rural Development Training Community Mobilization Forest-Based Livelihood Planning Training Facilitation Report Writing
