wWe are looking for a sharp, data-driven Growth Manager who understands the Indian retail investing landscape. You will own the full activation-to-retention funnel, drive user growth across digital channels, and work cross-functionally with product, tech, compliance, and marketing teams to scale 5Paisa's customer base profitably

sGrowth and Customer Lifecycl

e• Own Activation, Engagement, Retention and Reactivation targets

.• Run structured experiments (A/B tests, cohort analysis) to identify high-converting segment

sActivatio

n• Reduce drop-off during login, fund transfer and first trade to improve Activation

.• Collaborate with product to improve Day 0–7 activation rates — first trade, first SIP, first MTF usag

e• Design onboarding journeys that convert registered users to active trader

sEngagement and Retentio

n• Build lifecycle campaigns (push, in-app, WhatsApp, email) targeting dormant users, SIP lapsers, and low-frequency trader

s• Create analytics to identify leading indicators of churn and design intervention playbook

s• Drive upsell of premium products — F&O, margin trading, algo strategie

sAnalytics & Complianc

e• Define and own growth KPIs: MAU, DAU, funded accounts, first-trade rate, ARPU, LTV:CAC rati

o• Work with tools like CleverTap and internal BI platform

s• Coordinate with compliance teams before launching any new product-led growth initiativ

eMust-Have Experienc

e• 5-8 years in growth, product marketing, or digital marketing — preferably at a stockbroker

.• Strong grasp of Indian market structure: equity delivery vs. intraday, F&O, mutual funds, SIPs, IPOs, MTF, and pledgin

g• Proficiency in SQL or analytics tools for self-serve data pulls (Preferable

)• Prior experience with tools like, CleverTap or MoEngag
