MODULE LEAD - Automation testing

• Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end to end data testing strategy and test completion plans
  • Set up data QA capability, including standards, benchmarks, and KPIs
  • Validate on-prem to Azure migration through source to target reconciliation
  • Automate data test cases using Fabric / Spark notebooks
  • Develop reusable frameworks for:
    • Data quality checks
    • Reconciliation & control totals
    • Regression testing
  • Write advanced SQL for data validation and anomaly detection
  • Evaluate and recommend Azurenative or third-party tools for:
    • Data testing
    • Automation

Required Skills & Experience

Monitoring & quality checks

• Produce QA reports and support release / post-deployment validation
• Work closely with data engineers and cloud teams in an agile setup
• 9+ years of experience in data testing / data QA
• Strong handson SQL skills for large datasets
• Experience testing data warehouses / lakehouses
• Handson experience with Azure data platforms, preferably Microsoft Fabric
• Experience with onprem to cloud data migration testing
• Strong understanding of:
  • Test strategy & planning
  • Test case design
  • Automation & regression testing
  • Use of AI solutions like copilot as accelerators
