Job description

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid).

Preference : Immediate Joiners / Serving Notice Period.

Key Responsibilities

Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large datasets.
Perform deep-dive analysis on customer behavior, campaigns, and marketing performance.
Translate business requirements into data-driven insights and recommendations.
Build impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI / Excel.
Work independently with minimal supervision and handle end-to-end analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders and clearly communicate findings.

Must-Have Skills

Strong expertise in SQL (advanced level).
Proficiency in Python, Excel, and Power BI.
Hands-on experience in Customer & Marketing Analytics.
Prior Retail industry experience (mandatory).
Experience in CRM & Loyalty domain.
Background in Campaign Analytics.
