Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and modern Salesforce platform capabilities, including Agentforce for Sales and Agentforce for Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.
• Build and enhance solutions using Agentforce for Sales and Agentforce for Service.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications following best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and standard integration patterns.
• Debug, troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing Salesforce applications to improve performance and reduce technical debt.
• Develop automation using Salesforce Flow, Einstein AI, and Next Best Action where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards, including field-level security, sharing rules, and secure Apex coding.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and mentor junior developers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements.
  
  

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Visualforce
• SOQL/SOSL
• JavaScript
• Salesforce Data Modeling
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Sales and Agentforce for Service.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI, Flow, and Next Best Action.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and best practices.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
  

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
  

Preferred

• Salesforce Certifications will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
