Application Development Manager HIH Evernorth

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and analysts supporting Oracle EBS, ERP, Fusion Cloud, OCI, Oracle EPM, and BI Analytics platforms
• Oversee implementation, support, and enhancement activities for Oracle ERP applications and integrations
• Oversee cloud transformation initiatives, including migration from Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud and adoption of OCI services
• Drive enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities using Oracle BI (OBIEE/OAC) and reporting tools
• Provide technical leadership for Oracle EPM and financial planning/reporting solutions, ensuring seamless ERP integration
• Ensure high availability and performance of mission-critical systems, meeting defined SLAs and KPIs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, global teams, and vendors to align technology solutions with business goals
• Lead talent development, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and upskilling of team members
• Establish performance expectations, provide regular feedback, performance management and support career development, succession planning, and talent growth within the team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and control requirements, including SOX, CIP, segregation of duties, and audit readiness.
• Promote innovation and adoption of emerging technologies including cloud-native solutions and AI-enabled analytics
