Salary Range: 1 LPM to 1.25 LPM

Roles:

1. Financial Strategy & Planning

• Lead the overall financial strategy of the organization.
• Support management in strategic business planning and decision-making.

2. Project Finance & Fundraising

• Manage project financing requirements for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
• Coordinate with banks NBFCs investors and financial institutions for fundraising activities.

3. Budgeting & Cash Flow Management

• Prepare annual budgets forecasts and financial plans.
• Monitor cash flows and ensure efficient utilization of funds.

4. Investor & Stakeholder Relations

• Maintain relationships with investors lenders and financial stakeholders.
• Present financial performance and business plans to stakeholders when required.

5. Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure compliance with taxation laws statutory regulations and financial reporting requirements.
• Oversee GST Income Tax audits and other regulatory compliances.

6. Risk Management & Governance

• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate control measures.
• Strengthen financial governance internal controls and reporting systems.

7. Business Growth & Profitability

• Drive profitability through financial analysis and cost optimization.
• Provide strategic recommendations for business expansion and growth.

8. Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor finance accounts and compliance teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Qualification:

• CA (Mandatory)
• MBA Finance
• Strong experience in finance leadership roles
