From structuring fundraises and managing regulatory filings to building robust financial systems, the firm focuses on delivering expertise, clarity, and results under one roof. Role Description The Articled Assistant will support client engagements across tax, audit, transaction advisory, and compliance, working closely with senior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in audits and assurance assignments, preparing and reviewing working papers and documentation, and supporting tax computations and filings. Qualifications - completed CA Intermediate examination
