As a Vice President in the Currencies & Emerging Markets (CEM) Trading team you will service institutional/corporate accounts manage risk liquidity and exposure and drive all aspects of the trading desk including pre-trade analysis trade execution and optimal risk management for large trades. Collaborate with internal groups to deliver innovative solutions and new products. This role is situated within the front office working in a dynamic trading floor environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to day-to-day client requests and needs.
• Understand market drivers market moves and cross-asset implications.
• Drive desk activities independently to meet revenue targets.
• Keep all relevant parties informed of key business developments.
• Balance revenue generation with building a client franchise.
• Follow firms risk management policies and regulatory rules.
• Train and develop junior team members; lead people initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
• Represent the local entity in governance forums.
