Engagement Manager – Aviation Strategy & Operations (Airlines & MRO)

In this role you will have the opportunity toact as the day-to-day project manager on some of our most challengingyet rewardingprojectsas we help ourAirline & MROclientsidentifyanddeliver complex operational improvementstrategies.These projects are global in nature and can cover a wide range of topics related to an airline or MROs strategic directionperformance transformation MRO network optimisation digital and AI-enabled operations and investor-led due diligence and transaction support.

As part of this roleyou will be expected to:

• Manage large scaleoperational and strategicAirline & MROconsultingprojects actively managing the client relationship andidentifyingand deliveringsolutions to problems using a variety of analytical techniques;

• Play a key role in shaping client engagements contributing to proposals and developing long-term client relationships with increasing ownership of revenue growth. This willrequirerepresentingICF at client meetings attendingand presenting atconferences and contributing to ICFs thought leadership;

• Actively contribute to the leadership and management of our Delhi Aviation team including taking on direct Line Management responsibilities supporting growth initiatives coordinating with our global leadershipteamandsupporting an inclusive team culture;

• Work closely with clients across India the Middle East and APAC with opportunities for international exposure and cross-border project experience.

• Basic Qualifications:

• Degree educated from a reputable institution.

• Minimum7 years of work experiencein a top-tier consulting firmor equivalent strategic role within aviation organisationswith a focus onairline operations & MRO.

• Established andrelevantnetwork within the IndiaAPACor Middle East aviation markets.

• Ability and willingnessfor extensive internationaltravel with projects often requiring extensive onsite presence outside of India.

Professional Skills:

• Strong structured problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex challenges into actionable insights;

• Demonstratable experience managing projects or initiativestaking ownership ofworkstreamsandproactively shaping analysesstructuringworkflowsand driving delivery;

• Strongwritten andcommunication skills withexperience presentingwork to Clientsor senior management as well as organisingwritten work in a manner that is clearinsightful and tailored for the intended audience

• People management experienceeither via direct reports or oversight on a project basis;

• Ability to workcollaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams spread across different countries and time zones to achieve established goals;

• Acts inclusively modellingfour pillars of inclusive culture objectivity belongingvoiceand growth;

• Identifiesopportunities and managesfrombusiness development to projectinception;
