Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Support Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, focusing on the implementation and configuration of Cerner solutions. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of system changes, ensuring that our technical configurations align with client requirements and industry best practices. You will play a critical role in maintaining system reliability and delivering high-quality outcomes for our global healthcare clients. Key Deliverables Execute end-to-end change management, including requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, and deployment within Cerner solutions. Collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into accurate, compliant technical configurations. Perform rigorous unit, functional, and integration testing to validate system behavior and ensure seamless performance. Investigate and resolve configuration-related issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including change logs and configuration tracking, to ensure audit readiness and process transparency. Proactively communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to internal teams and clients to ensure alignment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by standardizing workflows and developing best-practice guides for system reliability. Essential Requirements Career Level: IC1 (Entry-level/Associate). Proven ability to manage technical configuration lifecycles and troubleshoot complex system issues. Strong understanding of ITIL-based change management processes and quality assurance standards. Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements and documenting technical specifications for software solutions. Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment, collaborating across cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and system optimization. Preferred Qualifications Prior exposure to healthcare IT systems or Cerner-specific solution environments. Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and AI-integrated product workflows. Experience working in a fast-paced, global enterprise environment. Relevant certifications in software testing or IT service management.
