The Senior Account Manager Social Media will lead strategic social media initiatives for Government Ministries and Public Sector clients. The role involves managing key client relationships developing communication strategies overseeing campaign execution and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams to deliver impactful digital campaigns.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
  
• 58 years of experience in social media account management or digital marketing.
  
• Mandatory experience handling Government Ministries Government Departments PSU or Public Sector clients.
  
• Prior experience working with a digital advertising PR or integrated communications agency.
  
• Strong understanding of government communication public awareness campaigns and social media strategy.
  
• Proven experience managing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Instagram X LinkedIn and YouTube.
  
• Excellent client servicing stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to coordinate with senior government officials and multiple internal teams.
  
• Strong analytical project management and campaign reporting skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects within strict timelines
