* *Strategic Ecosystem Alliances:* Cultivating and managing long-term relationships with premier screenwriters directors independent production houses major OTT platform commissioners and corporate brand partners.

* *Algorithmic & Cultural Trend Analysis:* Keeping a sharp analytical eye on local and global streaming trends evolving audience psychographics and viewing data to deliver highly relatable content.

Requirements

* *Experience Base:* 35 years of verified high-impact professional success operating as a Creative Director Lead Showrunner Senior Script Consultant or Creative Producer inside the digital entertainment tier.

* *Track Record:* A definitive proven portfolio of having driven long-form episodic content premium fiction web series or feature-length storytelling from pitch to screen.

* *Industry Capital:* A robust active and trusted professional network within Indias creative community including screenwriters directors show runners and talent agencies.

* *Attributes:* Masterful script doctoring and structural storytelling capabilities strong boardroom presentation skills and the emotional intelligence needed to guide diverse creative teams.
