Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) and/or Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
  
• Strong understanding of AI-driven revenue workflows using Agentforce, including autonomous agent configuration and revenue process automation.
  
• Experience implementing and configuring Revenue Cloud Advanced across the revenue lifecycle, including quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue recognition.
  
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Agentforce and Revenue Cloud solutions.
  
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and its integration with Revenue Cloud Advanced.
  
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data models, Flows, and standard/custom objects related to revenue and billing operations.
  
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Sales Operations, and IT stakeholders to align revenue processes with business objectives.
  
• Experience supporting UAT, data migration, deployment, and go-live activities for ARM/RCA implementations.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to agent workflows, billing rules, revenue schedules, and revenue recognition.
  
• Strong Salesforce development experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom development to extend ARM/RCA functionality.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and document functional and technical solutions.
