Role Overview: As a Cloud Technology Manager, you will be responsible for crafting a strategic technology roadmap that guides our cloud initiatives across multiple development tracks. You will lead a talented team to ensure that all projects are aligned with business objectives, delivering innovative and high-quality solutions.

On a typical day you will:

• Develop and maintain a strategic technology roadmap that supports multiple development tracks and aligns with business goals.
• Lead and manage cloud development teams to ensure successful delivery of projects across different tracks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, requirements, and desired outcomes for each development track.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging cloud technologies to enhance product capabilities and efficiency.
• Ensure cloud solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance across all development tracks.
• Communicate the technology roadmap and project status to stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage resources and budgets effectively to maximize productivity and return on investment.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages continuous improvement.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in cloud technology management, with a focus on creating technology roadmaps and overseeing multiple development tracks.
• 12+ years of IT experience. And 5+ years of experience in technology management.
• Experience in API Management
• Hands on experience Microservices based application,
• Hands on experience on developing web applications using React, HTML file.
• Extensive experience in database design using Microsoft SQL, Snowflake, BLOB storage.
• Extensive experience in handling Azure PasS components e.g. Azure functions and azure service bus, Kubernetes, azure data factory etc.
• Strong technical background with expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to manage complex projects and priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
