Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth functioning.

  • Train, motivate, and monitor floor staff to maintain performance standards.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure product availability.
  • Implement and monitor sales and promotional strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
