• Deliver hands-on training for beauty services such as facials, waxing, pedicures, manicures, and threading.
• Provide product training covering proper usage, benefits, and application techniques.
• Assess trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Ensure training content aligns with brand standards and service quality expectations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and beauty innovations.
