Job Description:

• 1. Customer Lifecycle & Funnel Management

• Journey Mapping: Design and manage end-to-end lifecycle journeys (Awareness $rightarrow$ Intent $rightarrow$ Purchase $rightarrow$ Repeat).

• Funnel Optimization: Identify critical drop-off points and design targeted interventions to improve stage-to-stage progression.

• Activation & Reactivation: Create high-impact strategies to activate new sign-ups and re-engage dormant or churned users using behavioral triggers.

• 2. Channel Strategy & Lead Generation

• Owned & Earned Media: Build and oversee the monthly/annual marketing calendar across Email WhatsApp App Push Organic and Referral channels.

• Lead Management: Generate and nurture qualified leads to support business teams in driving online sales growth.

• Performance Optimization: Continually refine messaging audience segmentation and timing to maximize channel ROI.

• 3. Strategic Planning & Analytics

• Budgeting: Manage monthly and annual marketing budgets ensuring efficient allocation across channels to drive maximum impact.

• Data-Driven Insights: Perform deep-dive cohort analyses and funnel performance reviews to guide marketing interventions.

• Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and their contribution to overall business revenue.

• 4. Leadership & Collaboration

• Team Management: Direct and mentor a team of 10 members fostering a culture of execution excellence across CRM and analytics.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product Tech and Business teams to ensure lifecycle initiatives are integrated into the broader customer experience.
