Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, and will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to enhance our ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Manage and maintain ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations and processes.
• Conduct user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-9 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for ServiceNow customization.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow REST and SOAP web services.
• Ability to write and modify business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Experience with ServiceNow Reporting and Dashboard creation.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification : Any degree / B.Tech

Experience: 4yr to 9yr+ above

Hike: 30 to 50% on present CTC

Location: Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad
