Sales Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have 7-12 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentoring to achieve individual and team targets
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue projections
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 7-12 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Experience in managing the sales pipeline and forecasting revenue projections
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Willingness to travel as needed
