Senior BI Developer (Databricks)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and independent Senior Power BI Developer with 8+ years of experience in Power BI, SQL, and Databricks. The ideal candidate should be capable of owning end-to-end BI and data engineering deliverables with minimal supervision, working closely with business stakeholders, and supporting data transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create and optimize data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines.
• Work on Databricks-based data engineering, data transformation, and integration activities.
• Own end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics solutions from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements to existing solutions.
• Coordinate deployments and support post-implementation activities.
  
  

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including:
• Dashboard Development
• Data Modeling
• DAX
• Power Query
• Advanced SQL development and database querying skills.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for data engineering and transformation.
• Experience in end-to-end solution ownership and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
