Data Engineer - Google Cloud Platform

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled GCP Data Engineer to build cloud-native data solutions using Google Cloud Platform. The candidate should have experience designing scalable data pipelines and implementing modern data architectures on GCP.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform.

- Develop ETL/ELT workflows using GCP services.

- Design data lakes and data warehouses.

- Optimize BigQuery performance and cost.

- Integrate multiple data sources into cloud environments.

- Monitor pipeline health and troubleshoot failures.

- Implement security and governance standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional business teams.

Required Skills:

- 6-11 years of Data Engineering experience.

- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Hands-on experience in:

1. BigQuery

2. Dataflow

3. Pub/Sub

4. Cloud Composer

5. Cloud Storage

- Strong SQL and Python programming.

- Experience with Apache Spark.

- Knowledge of Airflow.

- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills:

- Terraform

- Docker

- Kubernetes

- Data Modeling

- Kafka
