Human Resource Business Partner

What you ll do for us

• Consult with leadership and employees to provide daily HR guidance globally
• Develop and nurture partnerships to bridge the divide between management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Monitor attrition and retention and work on strategies to ensure a healthy attrition management
• Improve and monitor employee productivity work with business closely for performance management, compensation management
• Provide input on workforce planning and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring
• Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview
• Consult regularly with management and provide guidance when appropriate
• Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions
• Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions
• Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
• Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention

Education: Bachelor s degree in business, communications, or related field

Experience: 1 -2 yea rs of HR Business Partner experience
