Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer with 5+ years of experience building scalable, high-performance web applications using the React ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Redux, Node.js, modern front-end development practices, and experience mentoring team members. This role involves developing and maintaining responsive user interfaces, integrating with backend services, ensuring code quality through testing and reviews, and contributing to front-end architecture and design system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance modern front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components following established coding standards and best practices.
- Implement application state management using Redux for complex front-end workflows.
- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and WebSocket-based services to enable seamless data exchange and real-time functionality.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and production-ready user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain component libraries using Material UI and Storybook to ensure consistency across applications.
- Write comprehensive unit and component tests using React Testing Library to maintain application quality and reliability.
- Participate actively in Git-based development workflows, including branching strategies, pull requests, and version control best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, reviewing code, and promoting engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical improvements and contribute to continuous enhancement of development processes.

- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Front-End Developer.
- Strong expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Redux for application state management.
- Working knowledge of Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and WebSocket services.
- Strong understanding of Git workflows and code review practices.
- Experience writing tests using React Testing Library.
- Hands-on experience using Storybook for developing and maintaining design systems.
- Experience building user interfaces with Material UI.
- Ability to convert Figma designs into responsive, production-ready applications.
