Overview
Agriplast Tech India Pvt. Ltd., a leader in hi-tech agriculture solutions, is looking for a Back-End Sales Executive Intern to join our Inside Sales Team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless handling of inbound leads, providing strong back-end support, and assisting our field sales team to close opportunities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all inbound / back-end leads generated through multiple sources.
- Support the field sales team with lead handling and sales coordination.
- Communicate with customers via phone / email to answer queries and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead status, and track progress.
- Collaborate with operations / logistics to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in data analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Stay updated with company products, offers, and service benefits to provide accurate client information.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in sales support, inside sales, or back-end sales.Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of South Indian languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada will be a plus).Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is preferred ( Salesforce experience is a bonus ).Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach.Must have an ownership mindset and be willing to take on more roles and responsibilities in the future.Internship Details
