Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using Siebel CRM technologies.

- Develop scalable backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript.

- Build, enhance, and integrate Siebel REST APIs.

- Work with Siebel Business Objects, including :

1. Account

2. Contact

3. Opportunity

4. Service Request

5. Field Service (FS) Activity

- Develop and maintain enterprise-grade backend services and integrations.

- Implement dynamic schema-driven backend solutions.

- Integrate backend applications with Microsoft Graph API and Exchange Online.

- Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0 and Microsoft Entra ID.

- Design, develop, and support REST APIs for enterprise applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable backend.
