Guidewire BillingCenter Integration Developer

Job Description Guidewire BillingCenter Integration Developer :

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire BillingCenter Integration Developer to design, develop, test, and support integrations between Guidewire BillingCenter and various internal/external systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Guidewire BillingCenter, Guidewire Integration Framework, web services, messaging technologies, and enterprise integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between Guidewire BillingCenter and enterprise applications, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and third-party systems.

- Develop and maintain BillingCenter interfaces using Guidewire Integration Framework, SOAP, RESTful APIs, JMS, and batch processing.

- Customize and extend BillingCenter functionality through configuration and code development.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.

- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve integration and production support issues.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

- Create and maintain technical design documents, interface specifications, and operational documentation.

- Support Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

- Monitor and optimize integration performance, reliability, and security.

- Stay current with Guidewire product capabilities and recommend improvements to existing integrations.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with Guidewire Billing Center.

- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Integration Framework.

- Proficiency in Java and Guidewire development concepts.

- Experience developing and consuming SOAP and REST web services.

- Strong knowledge of JMS and messaging-based integrations.

- Experience with batch processing and asynchronous integrations.

- Understanding of XML, JSON, XSD, and integration design patterns.

- Experience with source control, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience integrating with Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire ClaimCenter.

- Insurance domain experience, preferably Property & Casualty (P&C).

- Experience with Guidewire Cloud implementations.

- Knowledge of performance tuning and integration monitoring tools.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant experience in Guidewire Billing Center Integration Development.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
