Facade Engineer for Major IT Park

Responsiblities

Installations of facade work as per drawings and specification and ensure Achievement is as per project completion plan. Chasing for material for timely delivery & Checking of incoming material randomly.

Inspection of work at time of execution & after completion. Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress report, Master schedule, Vector graph for Installation & Material received, Weekly presentation, Material tracker, & MOM.

Timely follow-up with Purchase dept, Vendors and contractor’s Factory for material and ensure that material is available at site at least 2 weeks in advance. Coordinating with planning dept, Civil finishing and MEP teams at site for interference locations and schedule façade activity accordingly.

6-10 Years experience required in Commercial / Residential projects
