About the role

At Smart Working, we're reimagining how the world works, connecting global talent with meaningful opportunities. To tell that story powerfully, we need a Senior B2B Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visuals that inform, inspire, and drive growth.

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and can move seamlessly between brand storytelling and practical marketing design, from eBooks and sales decks to social visuals and web design. You'll help shape how Smart Working looks and feels across every digital touchpoint, elevating our visual identity and empowering our teams to communicate with clarity and impact.

Responsibilities

• Create B2B marketing assets across the full funnel — eBooks, white papers, sales decks, LinkedIn/social tiles, and videos
• Design and evolve the Smart Working brand across campaigns, digital experiences, and internal materials
• Contribute to UX/UI for marketing websites and landing pages, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality user experience
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership to translate business goals into visual stories that engage and convert
• Maintain consistency and scalability with templates, design systems, and style guides
• Use data and feedback to continually refine creative output and design strategy
• Stay ahead of design trends, particularly in AI-driven tools, B2B marketing design, and visual storytelling
• Be highly creative and proactive, bringing bold ideas and original visual solutions to every project
  

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in B2B, SaaS, or tech-focused environments
• Strong portfolio of B2B design work demonstrating a range of assets, including sales decks and pitch presentations, eBooks, white papers, case studies, LinkedIn/social campaign visuals, brand identity systems, and UI/UX examples for web or landing pages
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), and Canva
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and digital-first design principles
• Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with marketers, developers, and leadership
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented — able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

• Experience in motion graphics or short-form video
• Exposure to AI-assisted design tools for efficiency and experimentation
