Job Description :

Job Title : Founding AI Engineer (LLMs / Next-Gen AI)

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Bangalore (Near Whitefield)

Role Type : Individual Contributor (Hands-on Coding)

About the role :

We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to work on next-generation AI systems, with a strong focus on trained models, transformers, and post-training techniques. This is a deeply hands-on IC role, ideal for someone passionate about building and deploying cutting-edge AI systems at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and deploy advanced ML and LLM-based systems

- Work extensively with transformer architectures and large language models

- Implement model post-training techniques:

1. Fine-tuning (SFT)

2. RLHF / alignment techniques

3. Model evaluation and optimization

- Develop scalable pipelines for training, inference, and deployment

- Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models

- Optimize models for performance, latency, and cost

- Stay current with latest advancements in AI/ML

Required Experience :

- 1016 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Backend AI systems

- Strong hands-on experience with:

1. Transformers and LLMs

2. Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow)

3. Model training and post-training workflows

- Proven experience in productionizing ML models

- Strong programming skills (Python preferred)

- Experience working as a hands-on individual contributor

What Were Looking For (Recent AI Expertise) :

Candidates should have strong exposure to modern AI advancements, including:

- Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Transformer-based architectures

- Prompt engineering and evaluation techniques

- Model fine-tuning and alignment (RLHF, PEFT, LoRA)

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems

- Multi-modal models (text, image, etc.)

- AI system optimization (latency, scaling, cost efficiency)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong academic background (Tier-1 institutes preferred)

- Experience in building scalable AI products

- Exposure to real-world business applications of AI
