JOB DESCRIPTION :

Must have – Commercial banking experience

Key Skills and experience :

• Proficient in defining the target state architecture and high-level design for the assigned scope based on business outcomes and aligned with the bank's strategy. The target architecture and solution should cover all relevant dimensions – business, application, data and technology architecture.
• Proficient in Cloud Native Architecture, Microservices design patterns, API design, Event-Driven Architecture and Database concepts. Expected to have good understanding of monolithic to microservices migration.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across multiple functional areas, domains and geographies, to define the strategic architecture for a given area.
• Analysis of options and delivery of end-to-end solution designs using the relevant building blocks making sure the implementation delivers both the immediate business outcomes and moves us towards the longer-term enterprise architecture outcomes.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Preferrable to have knowledge and experience of Industry Architecture Frameworks : TOGAF, ArchiMate etc.
• Preferrable to have knowledge and experience of global and regional regulatory frameworks (e.G., Basel III, PSD2, ISO 20022).
• Domain – Experience in Banking preferably on Commercial Banking and good understanding of integration to Payments and Core Banking platform.
