We are seeking a Payroll Executive to join our dynamic team at a 22-year-old jewellery company in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure all data is up to date.
• Calculate and process deductions, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations related to payroll.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• Prepare payroll reports for management review.
• Assist in year-end tax reporting and auditing processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in payroll processing or related functions.
• Strong understanding of payroll software and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
