The JMP - Fast track leadership program is a global initiative with the intention of identifying hiring and developing early talent for future leadership roles. This program is designed for high-potential MBA graduates from premier B-schools who want to learn grow and lead confidently. Over an immersive two-years journey you will go through four rotations of six months each where you will experience cross functional cross business divisions and international exposure gain real business insights and build the managerial capabilities needed to step into a leadership role early in your career. These experiences place you close to leadership expectations and shows how the organization operates beyond the surface.

Post this you transition into your landing position within the function you are hired where you apply everything youve learned deepen your functional expertise and start making tangible impact. During your 24-month journey youre prepared not just for your next managerial role (landing position in your function)but to take on significant leadership responsibilities within 68 years. This pathway is intentionally structured to help you grow faster than traditional career routes ensuring that high-potential individuals move into impactful roles early.

Competencies Requirements

Strong understanding of the following domains (preferred):
1. Operations Management
2. Quality Management including problem-solving methodologies and QC tools
3. Lean Management and Project Management
4. Industry 4.0 (I4.0) technologies AI IoT and Data Analytics

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and the automotive domain.

Qualifications :

BE/B. Tech in (Mechanical Mechatronics Electrical & Electronics) and MBA (Operations or manufacturing or related discipline)

Experience in Manufacturing will be given preference
Min 2 years experience post MBA
