Contracts Manager

The project:

This is a mixed-use project in Gurgaon.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You'll be responsible for:

• Prepare and administer contracts, including documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses to ensure compliance.
• Manage valuations and variations, controlling costs and agreeing adjustments with contractors.
• Oversee financial reporting, delivering accurate reports to clients and maintaining diligent cost control.
• Evaluate claims and completion, advising on delays, certificates, and final accounts in line with requirements.
• Drive process improvements, enhancing systems, delivering transformational change, and embedding lessons learned.
• Lead teams and stakeholders, coaching professionals, managing relationships, and supporting net zero carbon transition.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in the relevant field.
