Construction Manager - Lead

The project:

This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.

You'll be responsible for:

• Drive team performance through coaching, technical development, and effective performance management.
• Lead package delivery for structure and/or fit-out, ensuring programme alignment, quality standards, and safe working practices.
• Coordinate programme priorities with Project Package Managers, managing critical path activities and leading lookahead meetings.
• Monitor progress with Planned vs Actual reporting, escalating deviations to Construction Leadership when required.
• Champion digital strategy by utilising project information systems, QAQC plans, ITPs, and ensuring effective close-out and handover.
• Promote responsible delivery by embedding best practice, stakeholder collaboration, and driving carbon reduction towards net zero transition.

You'll need to have:

Bachelor's degree in civil.

Experience of projects of a similar nature.
