Technical Consultant Int - Fullstack support(Java, Python, React JS)

Scope

• Join the 'Engine Room' of our global supply chain platform. We are building a high-impact, collaborative 5-person team where core skills are distributed across the group. We are looking for T-Shaped engineers-individuals who bring specialized strength in either frontend or backend systems, but treat automation and continuous learning as a default mindset.

Our Technical environment:

• Java, Spring Boot and Python with experience building, testing, or debugging REST APIs.

• Hands-on experience with ReactJS, focusing on tracing UI component errors, browser performance, and API consumption.

What we are looking for:

• Experience Target: 2.5-6 Years

• Core Strategy: Cross-functional specialist. Candidates must bring strength in either Backend or Frontend, using Python and automation as a standard tool to optimize their work.

• Automation Drive: A strong willingness to use Python to automate repetitive daily tasks, parse logs, and build quick operational utilities to make your own job easier.

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on exposure to Kubernetes (K8s) orchestration and Azure Cloud services.

• Observability: Expert-level use of debugging tools (Postman, URL, Browser DevTools) and basic log analysis (Kibana, Prometheus, or Azure Monitor).

• Identity Basics: Working knowledge of API connectivity and authentication flow concepts (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, or JWT tokens).

What you will do:

• Operational Command: Act as a critical node in our team to ensure 99.9%+ availability and resolve production incidents within SLA.

• Drive Automation: Actively identify manual, repetitive tasks within your daily operations and leverage Python/Ansible to automate them alongside your regular support work.

• Cross-Functional Learning: Own your domain expertise during incidents, but possess the adaptability and eagerness to learn the opposing stack
