Senior UI Developer - React.js/Next.js

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI Developer with 79 years of expertise in designing and developing high-performance, scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and SQL, with the ability to build responsive user interfaces while seamlessly integrating with backend APIs and database systems.

This role requires someone who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, writing clean and maintainable code, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver modern web solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.

- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following modern frontend development best practices.

- Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented JavaScript code.

- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend services.

- Collaborate with backend developers to design and consume APIs efficiently.

- Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, SEO, and overall user experience using Next.js rendering strategies, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), and Client-Side Rendering (CSR).

- Work with SQL/MySQL databases to support application workflows, data retrieval, and backend logic.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while ensuring high code quality.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture discussions and frontend best practices.

- Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

1. React.js & JavaScript :

- 3 to 5 years of deep, hands-on experience building complex, scalable frontend applications.

- Strong expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js ecosystem.

- Experience with component-based architecture, state management, hooks, and reusable UI development.

2. Next.js :

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience with Next.js (Version 13/14+ preferred).

- Strong understanding of App Router, Server Components, Routing, Middleware, and rendering strategies.

3. Web Development & API Integration :

- Proven experience integrating RESTful APIs.

- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, API consumption, authentication, and error handling.

- Experience optimizing frontend performance and application responsiveness.

4. Database & Backend :

- Proficiency in SQL/MySQL for querying, managing, and supporting backend data workflows.

- Understanding of relational database design and backend data interactions.

Required Qualifications :

- 7 to 9 years of professional experience in frontend or UI development.

- Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience building enterprise-scale or customer-facing web applications.

- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.

- Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.

- Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
