We are seeking an experienced and strategic Enterprise Solution Architect Cloud & Microservices to lead the design and evolution of enterprise-scale technology platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining technology roadmaps, architecting cloud-native solutions, driving application modernization initiatives, and ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient systems aligned with business objectives.
This role requires deep expertise in microservices architecture, cloud platforms, event-driven systems, API management, and enterprise architecture best practices.
The candidate will work closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and business leaders to deliver robust digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and drive enterprise technology architecture strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop technology roadmaps for modernization, cloud adoption, scalability, and digital transformation programs.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption plans.
- Design end-to-end enterprise solutions leveraging cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.
- Create scalable, highly available, secure, and resilient application architectures.
- Define architecture blueprints, reference architectures, and reusable design patterns.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
- Lead migration of monolithic applications to cloud-native microservices architectures.
- Design multi-tier distributed systems on AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
- Define cloud infrastructure, networking, security, observability, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Design and implement microservices ecosystems using Domain Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Define API-first architecture strategies and API governance standards.
- Architect service communication patterns including synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
- Implement API Gateway, service mesh, and container orchestration solutions.
- Design event-driven systems for scalable and loosely coupled enterprise applications.
- Define event streaming, messaging, and integration patterns.
- Ensure high-throughput, low-latency, fault-tolerant communication between services.
- Establish best practices for distributed transaction management and eventual consistency.
- Partner with business leaders, product managers, engineering teams, and program managers.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Present architecture recommendations and technology strategies to senior leadership.
- Support project estimation, risk assessment, and technology decision-making.
- Lead architecture review boards and technical governance processes.
- Mentor development teams and senior engineers on architectural best practices.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, performance, and reliability standards.
- Drive continuous improvement across engineering and architecture functions.

Qualifications :

- Hands-on expertise with cloud-native architecture and microservices modernization programs.
- Strong understanding of architecture governance and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Experience leading cross-functional architecture and engineering teams.
- Experience with TOGAF or enterprise architecture frameworks.
