We are looking for an experienced HCM Technical Lead to join our Oracle HCM Cloud team and drive end-to-end technical delivery.

Key Skills :

- Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, OTL)

- Strong hands-on : HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL

- Integrations : OIC, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services

- Experience in technical design, development & solutioning

- Team leadership and mentoring experience

Role Highlights :

- Lead technical delivery of Oracle HCM implementations
