Role Overview :
As a Senior Identity Engineer, you will serve as a technical authority for the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-grade identity and access management systems. You will work closely with security architects, cloud infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that identity governance and access controls are seamlessly integrated into the organizational ecosystem. This role is pivotal in mitigating security risks and enhancing user experience by maintaining a secure, frictionless authentication and authorization environment for the entire Responsibilities :
- Architect and deploy comprehensive Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure and efficient user lifecycle management across the enterprise.
- Lead the migration and integration of legacy identity systems into modern cloud-based architectures, specifically leveraging Microsoft Entra and Azure Active Directory to enhance security posture.
- Define and implement robust access policies, conditional access rules, and multi-factor authentication strategies to protect sensitive corporate assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams to troubleshoot complex identity-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability of authentication services.
- Conduct regular audits and performance tuning of identity platforms to ensure compliance with global security standards and internal governance requirements.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing large-scale Identity Management (IDM) and IAM frameworks within complex, multi-cloud environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Entra and Azure Active Directory, with a proven ability to configure complex tenant settings, B2B/B2C configurations, and hybrid identity synchronization.
- Strong analytical capabilities to translate business security requirements into scalable technical configurations and automated workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead technical discussions with engineering teams.
- Proven track record of managing high-impact projects independently, demonstrating the adaptability required to thrive in a fast-paced, contract-based professional environment.
- Minimum of 8 to 13 years of professional experience in identity engineering or related security infrastructure roles.
