Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI and Machine Learning solutions for subsurface exploration and production.
  
• Apply advanced analytics statistical modeling and AI techniques to solve complex business challenges.
  
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify AI opportunities and improve decision-making.
  
• Build deploy and optimize AI/ML models to enhance workflows and automation.
  
• Analyze and interpret subsurface data to generate actionable insights.
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
  
• Ensure AI solutions comply with data governance security and ethical AI standards.
  
• Support innovation by evaluating and implementing emerging AI technologies.

Requisites

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Geosciences Petroleum Engineering Computer Science Data Science or a related field.
  
• Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning and Data Science.
  
• Proficiency in Python C and AI/ML frameworks.
  
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning Databricks or similar cloud AI platforms.
  
• Knowledge of subsurface data analysis and interpretation.
  
• Understanding of the Oil & Gas value chain is preferred.
  
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
  
• Knowledge of Agentic AI is an added advantage.
