Sports Head

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sports strategy aligning with the companys vision and growth objectives.
• Lead the planning organization and delivery of all sportsrelated programs events and initiatives.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of coaches trainers event coordinators and support staff.
• Oversee talent acquisition development and retention for athletes and staff.
• Collaborate with marketing sponsorship and partnership teams to secure funding and promotional opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with sports federations governing bodies and key industry stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics budget adherence and ROI for all sports projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.
• Represent New Era Global at industry conferences seminars and media engagements.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Sports Management Physical Education Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups.
• Excellent communication negotiation and publicspeaking abilities.
• Proficient in strategic planning budgeting and project management.
• Deep understanding of the Indian sports ecosystem and emerging market trends.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.

Desired Experience

• Minimum 810 years of progressive experience in sports administration event management or related fields.
• At least 4 years in a senior leadership or headofdepartment role.
• Demonstrated success in launching highprofile sports events or programs.
• Experience in securing sponsorships and managing commercial partnerships.
• Track record of budget responsibility for multicrore projects.
• Familiarity with digital sports platforms and analytics tools is advantageous.
