About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Archiving Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Data Archiving, OpenText, and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise archiving solutions while ensuring compliance, data retention, and seamless integration across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and support SAP Data Archiving solutions using OpenText and SAP ILM.

- Configure and manage document archiving using OpenText and ArchiveLink.

- Integrate archiving solutions with SAP S/4HANA and ensure seamless system performance.

- Execute end-to-end archiving implementations, migrations, and upgrade projects.

- Manage SAP Content Server, retention policies, compliance, and data lifecycle management.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective archiving solutions.

- Troubleshoot archiving issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP FICO and SAP MM, to support business processes.

- Ensure adherence to best practices for data governance, compliance, and system optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Data Archiving.

- Hands-on experience with OpenText Archiving, SAP ILM, and ArchiveLink.

- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration and archiving processes.

- Functional understanding of SAP FICO and SAP MM modules.

- Experience in SAP Content Server, document archiving, retention policies, and regulatory compliance.

- Proven experience in end-to-end archiving implementations and migration projects.

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.
