Salesforce Integration Developer - Field Service Lightning

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Integration Developer - Field Service Lightning (FSL) to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on Field Service Lightning. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, system integrations, and FSL customization, with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Customize and enhance the Salesforce FSL Mobile App, including offline capabilities.

- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, and business processes to meet client requirements.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Salesforce Development with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Platform Development.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and business processes.

- Experience in FSL Mobile App customization and offline functionality.

- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration with external systems.

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, and Field Service Lightning Consultant are highly preferred.

- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and integration projects will be an added advantage.
