We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of human resources and recruitment. You will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting talent to our organization, ensuring that we find the right candidates for our open positions.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders regarding recruitment progress
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining candidate confidentiality
