Job Description :
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server, and modern front-end technologies.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor AI or GitHub Copilot, a strong understanding of specification-first (spec-driven) development, and expertise in cloud technologies, ETL processes, and Agile software delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications while driving engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Full Stack Development :
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications using .NET technologies.
- Develop robust backend services using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Kendo UI.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code following coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement analysis to deployment and Development :
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Implement solutions based on functional and technical specifications.
- Ensure strict adherence to defined business rules and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in requirement clarification sessions with business analysts and stakeholders.
- Contribute to solution design and technical documentation.
AI-Assisted Software Development :
- Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Cursor AI and GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency.
- Leverage AI for code generation, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and test case creation.
- Validate AI-generated code to ensure security, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Promote best practices for responsible and effective AI-assisted development within the engineering team.
Backend Development :
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Design scalable application architecture and implement business logic.
- Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
Front-End Development :
- Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Kendo UI.
- Implement reusable UI components and enhance user experience.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
- Optimize front-end performance and accessibility.
Database Development :
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases.
- Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Perform query optimization and database performance tuning.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient database operations.
- Support database maintenance and troubleshooting.
ETL & Data Integration :
- Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages.
- Implement ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Support data migration and integration projects.
- Ensure high-quality and accurate data processing.
Cloud & DevOps :
- Develop and deploy applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Work with AWS services such as :

4. Lambda
5. API Gateway
6. Containers (Docker/ECS/EKS)
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Monitor application health and cloud resources.
Agile Development :
- Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Estimate development effort and deliver high-quality software within sprint timelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Code Quality & Best Practices :
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
- Write unit tests and support integration testing.
- Follow SOLID principles, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and development artifacts.
- Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
